Is there a Refund Policy?

Tickets are non refundable but are transferable upon request.

What age category is this event suitable for?

We find this event suitable for all age groups.

Are there baby changing facilities at the venue?

Some of our venues do offer these facilities. However it would be best to contact the venue directly via phone or website.

Can I take pictures and film during the show?

You are free to take pictures and film as a guest at our events. Don’t forget to tag us @wearetwenty6

Can I meet & greet the artists?

We plan to have a meet & greet session at the end of the performances should time permits.

Parking and public transport?

Please refer to the venue website for parking and transport facilities.

Are there any known Health & Safety issues?

Warning! There are flashing lights at the event.

Will your venue have disabled access?

Yes, however to double check, please refer the venue website.

I have booked the wrong type of ticket, where I am a female but I have booked a male ticket.

Unfortunately due to the strictly limited number of seats, if a male or female books the incorrect ticket, we will be unable to accommodate a seat for them. If you have incorrectly booked the ticket, please email us at admin@twenty6.org.

I’m unable to attend, can someone else attend on my behalf?

Yes, another person can attend on your behalf as long as the ticket type is correct. For example a male can only use a male ticket.

I have selected the wrong day/city. Can I use this ticket on another city?

No, you will need to e-mail us on admin@twenty6.org and we will amend your original order inshaAllah.

We are a family, Can we sit together?

Due to logistics we are unable to seat an entire family together therefore the seating will be split into two sections, male and female. Male ticket holders will sit in the male section and female ticket holders will sit in the female section.

Can my child sit with me?

Under 11s can sit in either female or male section at the venue.
