Following the huge success of the first ever Muslim LitFest in Manchester in 2023, the one-of-a-kind literature celebration is coming to Birmingham.

The Muslim Litfest is a two-day event that will bring together Muslim writers, artists and scholars from across the country and beyond. Covering everything from theology, poetry, current issues, children’s fiction to science, the festival will celebrate different aspects of Muslim culture. Alongside lectures, readings and panel discussions, this year’s festival at Moseley Community Hub will hold a series of exciting workshops covering all age groups.

The Book Bazaar provides a unique shopping experience – a marketplace dedicated exclusively to Muslim books. It will feature many of the major Muslim publishers in the UK, and give you a chance to peruse and purchase a wide range of fantastic titles. Whether you’re a bookworm or just curious about Muslim literature, the Muslim LitFest has something for everyone.
