Join for a hands-on workshop, where you’ll learn to create beautiful geometric patterns and unleash your creativity. Equipment provided.
About this event
The series of 6 sessions will all consist of learning how to create Geometric patterns with a chance to unleash your own creativity by adding floral patterns within them.
Flower of life will be the first pattern explored. This is a great way to begin our journey as this pattern is said to be the symbol of all creation including the universe.
Sessions are suitable for young people aged 10+ or younger pupils who may have some experience with Islamic Geometry.
Please note whilst all sessions are free of charge, booking and no attendance will incur in a charge of £25 per ticket.
Upcoming sessions at Coleman Lodge:
21st October
23rd December
6th January’24
30th March ‘24
6th April ‘24
Also keep a look out for family workshop events with Ebru, mosaic, floral patterns and Geometric designs!
