Introduction to Arabic Language Part 2

Shaykh Yusuf Diriye is a seasoned teacher of the Arabic language having taught at MKIS, Masjid al-Rawdah and MKMA over the years. Shaykh Yusuf is a graduate of the prestigious Al-Azhar University in Egypt.

In this introductory course he will continue teaching from Book One of the famous Madinah Arabic Book series. In part 1 Shaykh Yusuf taught the first half and will now continue teaching the second half with the intention to finish Book One.

Classes will be held every Wednesday during term-time and are suitable for males and females aged 16 and over.

Places are limited to 20 students on a first come first served basis. The cost is £50 for the whole course. Students are advised to buy the book in advance of the first class.

A course requirement is that you have taken Part 1 of this course OR you have previously studied this book or another Arabic course and want to refresh or continue your Arabic learning journey.

Classes run from 7.30pm-9.00pm and term time will be Wednesday 6th September-Wednesday 18th October. There will be a break for one week and classes will resume from Wednesday 1st November – Wednesday 13th December.

At the end of the course we will be looking to offer further courses for those who want to build upon the foundations which they have established during this course.
