Healing Trauma through Allahs Creation

A relaxed mini-workshop looking at trauma through a spiritual lens. We will explore the causes of trauma and why healing is so important. Using the concept of Quran al taqwini,we will examine all the tools around us in nature that have been provided by The Creator. The TOP is a beautiful masjid, with free parking available and there will be time and space to read Maghrib salah during the talk. Open to men and women.
