Gaza Emergency Fundraising Dinner, Coventry

Aghosh UK, a dedicated humanitarian charity, Alkhidmat Foundation, PIMA (Palestine International Medical Aid), and Al-Madinah Institute are partnering up to host a charity dinner to raise funds for urgent humanitarian and medical aid for the people of Gaza. Special guests include Palestinian doctors.

We invite YOU and your family and friends to join us for an evening of compassion and solidarity, and a delicious meal at the Al-Madinah Institute Community Hall, Coventry.

Over 100 days of constant airstrikes and bombing has left 1.8million people displaced, over 25,000 killed, more than 60,000 wounded (including many children), thousands unaccounted for, and countless homes and hospitals destroyed – this is all compounded and made even worse by ongoing blockades of food, water and fuel…the people of Gaza face a humanitarian catastrophe.

Aghosh UK has an unwavering commitment to provide aid and assistance to the people of Gaza and Palestine.

Aghosh UK has been on the ground supporting the people of Gaza since before the attacks of October 2023, working with partners to provide urgently needed hot meals, water, and medical aid. Aghosh UK continues to provide this support.

85% of the population of Gaza has no access to any medical care since the attacks on hospitals and public infrastructure, and ongoing fuel blockades. Aghosh UK is working with PIMA (Palestine International Medical Aid), to raise funds for emergency ICU ambulances and Mobile Health Units which can provide urgent care for the wounded, critically injured, and sick.

Aghosh UK will also use funds raised for the support and rehabilitation of orphans, many of whom have been left injured, disabled, and deeply traumatised by the ongoing attacks.
