Digital Islam in Britain: How Online Environments Impact Muslim Lives

This event will provide an opportunity to find out how Cyber Islamic Environments are changing narratives and experiences of religious authority, gender and political agency among British Muslims and the implications for the future.

Insights and findings from the ESRC-funded Digital British Islam research project will be shared by Prof Gary Bunt (Principal Investigator), Prof Sariya Cheruvallil-Contractor (Co-Investigator) and Dr Sadek Hamid (Research Fellow).
