About this event

Improve your Recitation of Juz Tabarak

Following our course on Juz Amma, learn how to recite the 29th Juz (para) correctly and with Tajweed, in this 10 week course with 10 engaging lessons.

Taught by a qualified teacher

Sheikha Bayan Hawa is a mother of 3, with an Ijaaza from Makkah and Al Azhar, Egypt. She holds a BA in Islamic Law, MA in Teaching and is currently doing a PhD. She has been teaching Quran for 23 years, with many of her students now running their own classes.

In this 12 week online course

Begins Monday 2nd October at 7pm, live on Zoom once a week.

Every Monday from 7pm-8pm UK time for 10 weeks.

How much is the course?

The course fee is £10 for the whole course (10 lessons).

Will the course go through the whole Juz?

As this course is 10 lessons, we will only be able to go through selected surahs, not the whole Juz Tabarak.

How can I join the course online?

When you register, we will send you an email invitation to join our dedicated WhatsApp group for this course. We will send the Zoom link to join the classes on this WhatsApp group.

What if I am unable to join one of the classes?

If you can’t join one of the classes, please message the group admin beforehand and we will record the class for you and send it to you.

Will the classes be recorded?

The classes will not be recorded unless you are unable to attend. We encourage students to attend the classes live so they can ask questions and engage with the teacher.

What is the course about?

This course will go through selected surahs in Juz Tabarak, the 29th part of the Quran which includes surahs like Surah Mulk, Surah Muzzammil, Surah Nuh and Surah Insan. Along the way students will learn key tajweed rules and correct common mistakes.

Who is this course suitable for?

This course is only open to women. It is suitable for sisters who already know how to read the Quran but want to improve their recitation and correct their pronounciation
