• DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 5 pm, there will be no volunteers at the door to let the attendees in after 5 pm. Therefore, EVERYONE MUST BE ON THE PREMISES BY THEN.

• Photography/filming of the social will take place, we will be capturing pictures and videos of the event as they enable us to share our activities on social platforms and help us spread the word. They are an essential part of our events.
