About This Event
Join us for an afternoon exploring the connection between women's health, emotional well-being, and faith in a safe and supportive environment.
This interactive workshop will explore how stress, emotions, life experiences, and wellbeing can impact women throughout different stages of life, whilst drawing upon Islamic teachings, reflection, and practical strategies for self-care and emotional wellbeing.
Delivered in partnership with GRT's Code Red campaign, this event aims to encourage open conversations around women's wellbeing whilst helping to break stigma and increase understanding within our communities.

• Practical tools to support wellbeing in everyday life

This is a women-only event.
Due to the nature of some discussions, attendees must be aged 12 years and over.
Spaces are limited, and booking is essential.
Please arrive from 12:15 pm for registration and refreshments.
