. This programme has been created to support women from the Midlands and also members of the Deaf community across the Midlands by providing opportunities to connect with others, enhance wellbeing and develop new skills in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

, led by a talented up-and-coming local artist from the Midlands - Art 4 The Heart.
Asmah is a freelance mixed media and watercolour artist with a passion for creativity, wellbeing and connection through art. Inspired by nature, seasonal blooms, florals and landscapes, she delivers welcoming workshops that foster relaxation, self-expression, and creative confidence for all.
During this creative workshop, you’ll design and create your own beautiful cards or postcards using watercolours. Inspired by winter, we’ll explore seasonal florals, colours and a variety of watercolour techniques.
Perfect for all abilities, this relaxing session is a wonderful opportunity to get creative, learn something new and create your own unique pieces to take home.
No previous experience is needed - just come along, get creative, meet others and enjoy trying something new. Best of all, you’ll get to take your handmade creations home with you at the end of the workshop.

This workshop is fully inclusive and welcomes members of the Deaf community. A
British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter
will be present throughout the session to ensure everyone can participate.
