Snowdon Single Muslim Hike

SNOWDON (YR WYDDFA) GROUP HIKE

We’re excited to be organising a group hike up Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), taking on the Llanberis Path – the easiest and most beginner-friendly route to the summit.
Whether you’re coming for the challenge, the scenery, or simply a great day out with good company, we’d love for you to join us!

Plan for the Day
10:30 AM – Meet in Llanberis
Toilets, coffee (if needed), introductions.
11:00 AM – Begin the hike
1:00 PM – Short snack & water break
3:00 PM
(approx.)
– Reach the summit!
Photos Lunch Enjoy the views
3:00 PM – Begin our descent

6:15–6:30 PM
(approx.)
– Return to Llanberis
Optional group meal afterwards for anyone who would like to join before heading home.

Distance: 14.5 km (9 miles) return
? Duration: 6–7 hours
Elevation Gain: Approximately 900m
Difficulty: Moderate
Please note that although this is Snowdon’s easiest route, it is still a mountain hike and requires a reasonable level of fitness.

What to Bring
Walking boots or good trail shoes
Waterproof jacket
Warm layer
Packed lunch
At least 2 litres of water
Snacks
Sun cream & sunglasses (if sunny)
Portable charger
Any medication you may need

• Please arrive on time so we can set off together.
• Stay with the group where possible.
• The weather in the mountains can change quickly, so come prepared.
• Everyone attends at their own risk and is responsible for ensuring they are fit enough for the hike.
• If weather conditions are unsafe, the hike may be postponed or amended.
