Feedback from Parenting Children with Autism/ADHD Course
“Amazing course! Very impressed with the structure, education and awareness gained from this course. I found the explanation on neurodiversity from an Islamic perspective very interesting.
Also, the quotes from the Hadith and the Quran. I also loved the real-life examples.
From now on, I will have more sabr with anyone who is neurodiverse. I would also have more shukr.
I would also have a different perspective on how to tackle tantrums. Kaushar was splendid, and that is an understatement. Great informed speaker who speaks with passion and enthusiasm.”
Abdullah
“The Course was just the right length. Covered lots of aspects of ADHD & Autism from Medical, Social, Family and Islamic perspectives.
Kaushar was eloquent, clear, informative and knowledgeable.”
Abdul Hamid
“Clear and Enjoyable.
The most useful part was the Islamic Perspective. The speaker was eloquent and kind.”
Wazeem
“The course has been helpful and informative. I was happy to be able to ask questions and, in fact, was encouraged to do so. Kaushar was very good and expressive and helpful and informative and positive.”
Aaron
“The course has been very informative, reassuring, and encouraging. It was a nice, informative, useful session. I think it was a thorough and down-to-earth course.
Kaushar was very understanding, supportive, noble, humble and honest. May you be rewarded abundantly!!”
Ruqayya
“The course was interactive and really informative. I will have more patience towards behaviours that I don’t understand and try to understand better. The speaker, Kaushar Tai, was amazing. I love how he used real experiences.”
SaDiyah
“The course was very good, interactive and helpful. Kaushar was excellent, very experienced. Have more courses.”
Hassan.
“Jazakallah – Beautiful reminders. I appreciated everything. It was a good summary of ASD/ADHD. I learnt the importance of accepting qadr and that in Islam, people with mental illness are called the people of ‘innocence’. You have helped me to appreciate my child’s needs more. Jazakallah. You were very inspirational, Masha Allah.”
Taslima
“This course was just what I needed. Thank you. What I would do differently after this course is: ‘perspective shift’. You were approachable and came across well, Masha Allah.”
Sabriya
“Well organised and informative. I found the tips on the day-to-day management useful, as well as the Islamic perspective.
I now need to make sure to remind myself to remain calm
and that my child is a gift from Allah (SWT). I found the tip about the lanyard useful. Allowed asking questions.”
Rabiah.
“The course was very informative. Learning from an Islamic perspective and about being rewarded immensely for caring.
I will be more patient and explain tasks in smaller sentences so he (my child) can understand.”
Fatima
“The most useful aspect of this course was learning to tackle the situation with an Islamic perspective. Speaking with others in a similar position and getting advice from health professionals and people with relevant occupations. I will be grateful for the condition my child has been given by Allah. The speaker was excellent in presenting the information without complicating it. He was good, humorous and down to earth.”
