Join our FREE 6 week wellbeing & personal growth programme for young women (16-25)
Join us for Know Your Mind, a free six-week wellbeing and personal growth programme designed for young women aged 16–25. This supportive and engaging programme provides a safe space to explore mental wellbeing, build confidence, develop new skills, and connect with others in a positive environment.
Through a combination of creative activities, physical wellbeing sessions, and mindfulness practices, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their resilience, improve self-awareness, and enhance their overall wellbeing. The programme encourages young women to discover their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and build meaningful connections within their community.
Delivered by experienced facilitators, the sessions combine practical learning with interactive activities that promote both personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
What to Expect
Participants will take part in a range of indoor and outdoor activities including:
Self-expression through art to encourage creativity and confidence.
Self-defence and Taekwondo sessions to build personal safety awareness, self-esteem, and physical fitness.
Yoga and mindfulness practices to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and stress management.
Cycling and outdoor wellbeing activities to encourage healthy lifestyles and engagement with nature.
Mindfulness in nature experiences designed to improve focus, wellbeing, and connection with the environment.
