Haider Ali is the founder of Grocefully, an early-stage platform that compares prices across the major UK supermarkets and, with the customer's authorisation, places orders on their behalf. His work sits at the frontier of agentic commerce: applying LLMs to live transactions rather than chat.

Under the hood, Grocefully combines web scraping and price intelligence across the major UK supermarkets with data pipelines matching over 300,000 SKUs. On top sits browser automation that lets agents navigate checkouts and complete purchases. He is also working through the less glamorous problems of letting an AI spend money, including payments and regulatory constraints.

Before that, he spent five years building a multi-channel e-commerce business to £3.2M a year, selling across Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more than ten marketplaces in the UK and internationally. He ran it end to end: sourcing from China and Turkey, warehousing, fulfilment, marketplace accounts, branding and retention marketing.
