We will study the following books written by Sheikh Judai on a Intermediate (Was??) along with the above subjects mentioned.
Al-Muqaddimat al-Asasiyyah fi 'Ulum al-Qur'an
(The Fundamental Introductions to the Sciences of the Qur'an) is the Shaikh’s structured and contemporary, comprehensive two-volume work on ?ul?m al-Qur??n (Qur'anic sciences). Drawing from both classical sources and modern academic research, it addresses major topics such as revelation (wahy), the compilation of the Qur’an, variant readings (qira’at), abrogation (naskh), and the foundational principles of tafsir. Written with clarity and scholarly integrity, this work serves as a valuable bridge between traditional seminary learning and modern Qur’anic studies. It draws from the Shaikh’s teachings to make the reading of Allah’s Divine Words accessible for every day livings. It sets up the contexts surrounding the Book of Allah , so that a student and scholar is grounded enough to study earlier manuals from Islam’s legacy.
Taysir 'Ilm Usul al-Fiqh
is the Shaikh’s rigorously researched introduction to Islamic legal theory and application which thoroughly investigates principles of usul al-fiqh across various madhahib, without limiting the discussion to one particular school. It is a synthesis of more than 200 usul text books. You learn the application of deriving meaning from the primary sources: Qur’an and Sunnah, and many of the refined skills lacking in contemporary problem solving. The Shaikh aims for students of knowledge, Mufti’s and Scholars to develop a close reading of the texts without barriers to understanding. They should be able to develop a specialists understanding of legislative texts and be informed how context can and can’t change rulings. It is often therefore a spiritual experience and far from simply academic. The style of usul that for some centuries turned usul into a dry and often abstract subject is thus laid to rest.
Tahrir 'Ulum al-Hadith
revives how the science of Hadith is taught to be applied by a Hadith authentication researcher. It’s a detailed study of our unique civilisational science. The Shaikh is a Master today, considered one of the most advanced in the world today in teaching the science of discreet flaws that render outwardly authentic Hadith weak and vice versa. The Shaikh has thousands of Hadith checks employing these rules some of which are studied in the text book. It’s a thorough working book which lays down his method for hadith authentication using the skills of the first great masters in addition to the approaches followed successively.
