You don't need to have personal experience of mental health difficulties to attend —
everyone is welcome.
We have short talks from a panel of professional guest speakers. Alongside shared real life experiences, followed by workshops to enhance your learning.

Mental health can affect anyone, at any stage of life. Yet sometimes, knowing how we're feeling, understanding what we're experiencing or talking about it with others can be difficult.
This event provides an opportunity to pause, reflect and have meaningful conversations about mental health and wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The event is open to Males & Females. Segregated seating and partition will be in place for the comfort of all attendees.
