🕌 DAY OF ʿARAFAH AT CITY RETREAT 🕌

Assalamu alaykum dear brothers and sisters,

Join us this *Tuesday 26 May* for a special evening of *talks, duʿā’, reflection, and ifṭār* as we gather on the greatest day of the year — the *Day of ʿArafah*.

In Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr is hidden while in Dhul Ḥijjah, the Day of ʿArafah is known.

A day to seek forgiveness.
A day to raise your hands in duʿā’.
A day to return to Allah with sincerity before the days pass us by.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
*“There is no day on which Allah frees more people from the Fire than the Day of ʿArafah.”*
— Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim

And he ﷺ said regarding fasting it:
*“It expiates the sins of the previous year and the coming year.”*
— Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim
