It is not our responsibility to check on the personal information given to us by our guests as to their age, marital status or any other aspects of their background. You are advised to verify their personal information to your own satisfaction.

Please apply the same level of caution when contacting a fellow guest that you would making any new acquaintance.

Under GDPR we will not give out any of your personal information without your express permission unless the law requires us to do so.

On the occasion of an event being cancelled we do not provide refunds but will credit your account for a future event.

We are not able to accept cancellations at all.

We always do our upmost to provide a balance of males and females at each event, but we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for an uneven ratio.

All guests are asked to treat their fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Should any guest become offensive or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse admission or expel them. In such case there will be no refund.

We cannot guarantee that guests will receive matches at our events.

We take no responsibility for any emotional upset or physical harm that may arise from communication with other guests, before, during, or after one of our events, without limitation.

By purchasing a ticket to a Muslim Marriage Matches event you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.

Guests are responsible for being on time, there is no refund or compensation for late entry.
