I have booked the wrong type of ticket, where I am a female but I have booked a male ticket.

Unfortunately due to the strictly limited number of seats, if a male or female books the incorrect ticket, we will be unable to accommodate a seat for them. If you have incorrectly booked the ticket, please email us as soon as possible at admin@twenty6.org

I’m unable to attend, can someone else attend on my behalf?

Yes, another person can attend on your behalf as long as the ticket type is correct. For example a male can only use a male ticket.

I have selected the wrong day/city. Can I use this ticket on another city?

No, you will need to email us on admin@twenty6.org and we will amend your original order.

We are a family, Can we sit together?

Due to logistics we are unable to seat an entire family together therefore the seating will be split into two sections, male and female. Male ticket holders will sit in the male section and female ticket holders will sit in the female section.

Parking and public transport?

Please refer to the venue website for parking and transport facilities

Can my child sit with me?

Under 11s can sit in either female or male section at the venue.
