Sat, June 29, 2024 (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
YMCA Wolverhampton
YMCA, Tramway Drive, Wolverhampton, UK

Our communities are constantly facing challenges relating to mental health. Often times, mental health is seen as a taboo and not spoken about. Sometimes, we fail to identify the causes of mental health issues and how to best remedy them. Our deen offers so much guidance on replenishing our mental state, deriving hope, dealing with trials etc. Join us as we delve deep into this topic with a specialist in the field, in the hope that we build a community inspired to assist each other in this important area.

This will be an informative lecture and an opportunity to ask questions. Light Refreshments will be provided.
