Join our Women’s Only Pilates sessions starting Wednesday, 11th December, at 8:30pm. These sessions will take place every two weeks and every week Saturday at 10:45am, offering women of all fitness levels an opportunity to prioritize their health and well-being. Led by Shabana Khalid, a highly experienced female gym instructor with over 20 years of expertise in community-based Pilates and yoga instruction, each session is carefully designed to suit both beginners and regular practitioners alike.
