This special gathering is open exclusively to single, practising Muslims aged between 21-29. We emphasize the importance of adhering to Islamic dress codes and etiquette for all participants. Please note, entry may be restricted for individuals who do not align with our defined standards.
Participation requirements are as follows:
- Must be a practising Sunni Muslim, aged between 21-29.
- Committed to performing Salah five times a day.
- Must adhere to Islamic dress guidelines (women in hijabs).
- Female attendees are required to have an adult chaperone (above 21) present (restricted to mothers or Mehrams).
- Must follow the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah diligently.
Chaperone Policy:
It is compulsory for female participants to have a chaperone, who should be positioned slightly behind them yet clearly visible on camera. Acceptable chaperones include Mothers or an Adult Mahram. If finding an appropriate chaperone poses a challenge, please get in touch with us to explore possible solutions.
Registration Details:
Registration must be completed in advance via Eventbrite. Links for the event will be distributed following the completion of ticket sales. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with an aim to maintain an equal male-to-female ratio.
Event Itinerary:
The event will begin at 11:30 am sharp. Participants are kindly asked to log in 10 minutes before the start to facilitate a prompt commencement.
- 11:30 – 11:45: Welcome and Introduction
- 11:45 – 13:45: Interactive Break-out Sessions
- 13:45 – 14:00: Concluding Remarks and Feedback
In the break-out sessions, female participants will stay in specific rooms while male participants rotate, engaging in 8-minute conversations. This format is designed to last between 1.5 to 2 hours, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to connect with each participant. Our team of dedicated volunteers will be available to assist and ensure the event adheres to Islamic values.
Immigration Eligibility:
- Being a British National/British Passport holder is not a prerequisite.
- Participants must have a legal “right to reside” in the UK (e.g., Pre-settled or Settled Status, Permanent Residence Card).
