Taqwa – Increase Your Connection with Allah
London Muslim Centre - Ground Floor Hall, 46 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1JX
Description
Taqwa is the inner state of oneself and cannot be seen with our naked eyes. Yet, it manifests in our daily lives and interactions at all levels. How we acquire Taqwa (God-consciousness) and how we retain Taqwa in our lives are fundamental questions. Allah (swt) reminds us in the Qur’an that we should always speak the truth and fear Allah as He should be feared, which includes obeying Allah (swt), being thankful to Allah (swt), and always remembering Allah (swt).
Join us for this transformative seminar as we look to help you gain a deeper connection with your faith and, in turn, better your connection with Allah (swt). We will explore the essence of Taqwa, the key to developing positive habitual actions, and highlight practical ways to enhance our spiritual journey.
“O you who have believed, fear Allāh as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].“
