Takhleeq Leicester – Arts & Access Forum @ studionAme
Join for a pro-active morning where creatives address the question of accessibility in the arts for people of an Islamic background.
The Arts & Access Forum is happening in person at studionAme, no.2 Brougham Street, Leicester LE1 2BA. Saturday 10th February, 9.30am -12.30pm.
It is an opportunity to meet other creatives from Leicester’s many Islamic communities in a welcoming and informal setting.
The forum is hoping to bring together thoughts and ideas about supporting and developing people from all Islamic geographies who are exploring of arts, heritage & culture.
The aim is to understand what provisions are required, and how the gaps, needs and challenges might be met collectively in Leicester.
** there is street parking around the venue, please check as some spots are only for permit holders.
