We have a private area booked exclusively for this event which is located upstairs at the venue.

Early booking is advised as previous events have sold out a few days before the event.

Schedule for the evening

6pm Registration (Last Entry 6.30pm) STRICTLY NO ADMISSION AFTER THIS TIME

6.30pm – 7pm Ice Breakers

7pm – 9pm Time to play some Board Games. Dessert and Drink Served during this time

9pm – End of Event

Important Info

• Ticket includes Admission + One Dessert + One Drink.

• Dessert + Drink is to be selected on the checkout screen when you are booking your ticket. This cannot be changed at any time after booking

• You are welcome to purchase this any extra drinks/desserts directly from the venue at the event.

• If you have any allergies , please speak to the cafe team in the event area upstairs when you arrive at the event.

• Every attendee MUST bring at least one board game.

Terms and Conditions

1. Choice of dessert + drink cannot be changed once ordered.
2. Ticket is only valid on this date for this event.
3. NO REFUNDS (unless the the event is cancelled).
4. If you arrive after 6.30pm you cannot join the event.
5. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. You must let the team know via email (lcmmeetup@gmail.com) with your booking name and the name of the person you are transferring the ticket to. This must be done by 10pm on the day before the event (13th July).
