WHAT IS SUHBAH YOUTH?

A project under Safinah Collective, providing a weekly space for girls aged 11-16 years old (secondary school only) to gather and engage in faith.

• Our aim is help sisters on their spiritual journey in connecting with Islam, building their relationship with Allah and developing Islamic principles.

• We provide a range of fun workshops, exclusive trips and one of a kind events across the year giving sisters a chance to meet others, build on interpersonal skills and flourish within a sisterhood.

FAQ:

WHERE ARE WE BASED?

Our classes take place at the East London Mosque (ELM) Gallery every Sunday at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. It is only open to secondary school girls.

Directions:

• Enter through Entrance 3 (Maryam Center men’s entrance) on Fieldgate street
• Take the stairs up to the first floor, enter and turn right, follow the corridor.
• When the path splits take the right turn into the gallery

WHAT DOES THE FEE GO TOWARDS?

Safinah Collective is a voluntary organisation, all our membership fees go towards the services that we provide for sisters Insha’Allah.

If you are struggling to make the payment due to financial reasons please get into contact with us as soon as possible.

WHEN DO WE START CLASSES?

Our classes will begin on Sunday 6th October 2024 and will run until July 2025 Insha’Allah.
