In a world designed to take us away from our true soulful selves, Souly You connects you back through a live and interactive Workshop which has been delivered in other cities and Countries and is now coming to Birmingham!
Delivered by Zobia Arif, a passionate and qualified Coach, certified in Islamic Psychotherapy and NLP practitioner, the intimate gathering of women becomes a beautiful Spiritual space of sharing and journeying together as we explore:

– Connecting to Self
– Connecting to Nature
– Connecting to Creation
– Connecting to Purpose and Passion
The workshop will be taking place at Soul City Arts, in their unique warehouse and beautiful art space in the heart of Sparkbrook.
Refreshments will be available and all Resources will be provided with memorable things to take away.
You will leave reconnected, inspired and motivated to live a life truer to you.
In order to keep an intimate space for women to connect with themselves and each-other there are Limited Spaces Available.
