This event is for Muslim individuals aged between 24-40 who are looking for a partner. It’s a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful outdoor setting.

EVENT DETAILS:

ROUTE: We will begin the hike by making our way to Janet Foss, followed by Gordale scar and then on the Malham Cove and returning to the Visiting Centre. (10-12km)

There will be an opportunity for a wild swim in the beautiful Janet’s Foss (optional)

STRUCTURE: Upon registering on Eventbrite, an email will be sent to you with a link to a brief application for you to complete so I can obtain some basic information from you in terms of what your preferences/ dealbreakers are etc. A link to the whatsapp group will also be sent to you so you have access to the organiser, the guides and the other attendees. On the day of the event, we will have an introductory ice breaker before the hike & Ice breaker group activities during the assigned breaks to help you ease into the day.

We will most likley go for a post-hike meal but this will be confirmed on the day after the hike.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This is considered a fairly easy route and beginner friendly.
• Please ensure you arrive on time.
• The reservation fee is to deter non-attendance.
• Tickets are non refundable.
• Please bring lunch with you and wear appropriate footwear and clothing. A kit list will be emailed out to you.
• Content will be shot on the day for social media purposes. If you do not wish to be in the content, please make it known on the day BEFORE the hike starts and measures will be put in place.
• Background checks are NOT done on attendees. You sign up at your own risk. Please note that the purpose of this event is a means of introduction, which means the onus is on YOU to actively talk and get to know each other.
