This husband and wife team run a community wellbeing organisation which centres around family wellness. With over 20years combined experience in the NHS and fitness industry they are passionate about making wellness accessible and sustainable for all generations. They offer services such as mentoring, youth groups, summer camps, doula support, and boxing sessions. They have also recently launched their podcast Jam Talks on spotify!
Naghmana from Fudoshin Wellness dojo is a fitness expert in Solihull. With a diverse range of talents and qualifications, she can offer all styles of movement; from bodyweight, pilates, yoga, callisthenics. Also offering accupressure and Ayurverda , breathing exercises and meditation.
And there me! 30years in medical health and 25 years in fitness! From qi gong and sound therapy to kettlebells and breathwork, I specialise in therapeutic movement and helping you understand your body deeply in order to heal.
We will be doing short talks on
- nutrition and exercise during Ramadan
- mental health and community
- balancing hormones and reducing stress
We will break for Maghrib salah and there is space to pray for all Inshallah
