• Teams of 6: Enter as a team for a discounted price of £120 + admin fee.
• Individuals: Don’t have a team? No problem! Individuals will be allocated to teams of 6, giving you a chance to meet new people and enjoy the quiz together. The registration fee for individuals is £25 + admin fee.

Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

• All participants must register in advance via the provided registration link.
• Individual registration is £25 + admin fee.
• Teams of 6 can register at a discounted price of £120 + admin fee.
• Payment is due upon registration and must be completed to secure your place at the event.
• A valid email address must be provided during registration for communication regarding event details and updates.

  Team Allocation

• Teams of 6 can enter as a group for the discounted price.
• Individuals who register without a team will be allocated to teams of 6 upon arrival.
• Team members cannot be changed once registration is complete.

  Event Timing

• Doors open at 4:30 PM.
• The quiz will start promptly at 5:00 PM.
• The event will conclude at 8:30 PM.
• Late arrivals may miss the start of the quiz but can join in from the next round, space permitting.

  Food and Drink

• A variety of food will be available throughout the evening.
• No outside food or drink is permitted at the venue.

  Conduct and Behavior

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees and event staff.
• Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to inappropriate language or actions, may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds will not be provided for cancellations.
• In case of event cancellation by the organizers, full refunds will be issued.

  Photography and Media

• By attending Crescent Quest Nights, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organizers prior to the event.

  Liability

• The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Participants attend the event at their own risk.

  Age Restriction

• This event is recommended for participants aged 18+.
• Attendees under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event.

  Host’s Decision

• The decision of the event host is final in all matters concerning the quiz night.
• Any disputes, questions, or issues during the event will be resolved at the host’s discretion.

• The event organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, or location of the event, with sufficient notice given to registered participants.
• In case of any significant changes, registered participants will be contacted and provided options for refunds or rescheduling.
