Muslim women celebrate International Women’s Day!
Join Dr Myriam Francois, an Irish-French writer, broadcaster, and documentary film director, for an exciting evening celebrating International Women Day!
Myriam will be in conversation with:
- Aminah Mohammed, a singer.
- Ameenah Shaw, CEO and founder of NHT London.
- Syirin Said, TV and radio presenter, a model, actor and a voice artist.
Our panellists will discuss International Women’s Day 2024 campaign theme, ‘Inspire Inclusion’ and what it means for them.
They will also discuss what this day means to them, their lives as Muslim women converts and their careers.
Hosted by: Dr Myriam Francois, writer, broadcaster and academic.
Chief Guest: Sharman Birtles MBE JP DL, Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester.
