About this event
I have been teaching yoga for eight years and practicing for almost 15.
My classes are small where you can practice with no judgement. You will focus on the physical aspect of yoga to improve your health and wellbeing. Over time, you will begin to experience an improvement in your mobility, flexibility, muscular strength and posture. This leads to a self-assurence which impacts postively on your day to day life.
Yoga has many benefits which can be gained without the spiritual practices which are deeply rooted into the origins of yoga. In my classes you will learn to use your breath to channel your energy into a sustained state of focus throughout your practice to create a balance between the mind and body.
