Join on this special walk as we take in “England’s finest view” along the way.
These are the thoughts of James Herriot, the famous British veterinary surgeon and author, who was no stranger to the North York Moors National Park where this walk takes place.
Starting at the Sutton Bank National Park Centre this walk will take you through scenic villages, ancient woodlands and even bypass one of only four natural lakes in Yorkshire.
You will stop for lunch at High Paradise Farm which will be the highest point of the walk and is a traditional 16th century moorland farmhouse. You will be met there with a break and FREE hot/cold drink and cake!
This is a fantastic chance to meet likeminded hikers & adventurers from across the country and enjoy a scenic social trek as part of a professionally organised event with qualified mountain guides.
All are welcome regardless of religious background or ability. Whether you’re a seasoned mountaineer or a first time walker, we invite you to join.
