This workshop will be highly interactive, with many discussions, and real life case studies to work through as a group.

Understanding mental health in light of the Quran and Sunnah is often made into a complex conversation, however, at Inspirited Minds we believe it to be a simple a exchange between ourselves, Allah and His Creation. It is our social and collective responsibility to ensure we understand ourselves mentally, emotionally and spiritually and can offer this to others.
