Girls’ Only Taekwondo (Ages 8-16) 

Join our Girls’ Only Taekwondo sessions, designed specifically to empower young girls in a supportive and uplifting environment. This 90-minute session is tailored to build confidence, discipline, and martial arts skills while fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Session Time: Saturdays, 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM

Important Notice:
To maintain a comfortable environment, all fathers and male guardians will be asked to leave the hall during the session. Additionally, all coaches delivering the session will be female-only, ensuring a fully inclusive and supportive space for the girls.

About Coach Sediqi and Our Partnership with Five Lions Taekwondo Academy
Our sessions are led by Coach Sediqi, the founder of Five Lions Taekwondo Academy and an internationally recognized martial arts instructor.

Expertise and Training: Coach Sediqi has competed at national levels in both Kickboxing and Taekwondo, earning multiple accolades. His teaching style emphasizes discipline, confidence, and personal growth, making every session a transformative experience.
