Over 150 days of constant airstrikes and bombing has left 1.8million people displaced, over 30,000 killed, more than 70,000 wounded (including many children and women), homes and hospitals destroyed, ongoing blockades of food, water and fuel…the people of Gaza face a humanitarian catastrophe.
Aghosh UK has been on the ground supporting the people of Gaza since before the attacks of October 2023, working with partners to provide urgently needed hot meals, water, and medical aid. Aghosh UK continues to provide this support.
Alhumdulilah, Aghosh UK and partners have delivered 2 recent convoys of urgent humanitarian aid to Gaza – please see video below. With your support, this will continue in Ramadan and for Eid.

***We are honoured to be joined by the following guest speakers:
Dr Shehnaz Alastal is from Gaza. She is a physician and GP trainee based in Staffordshire. More than 160 of her family members have been killed since the current attacks on Gaza.
Dr Haytham Hamdan is from the West Bank, Palestine. He is a consultant cardiologist based in Manchester and also the Director of PIMA (Palestine International Medical Aid). He will discuss the ongoing challenges in Palestine and how PIMA helps to provide medical equipment and support to the sick and wounded.
Dr Adeel Riaz is a GP Principal and Trainer based in South Staffordshire. He is also the chairmain of Aghosh UK, and the Co-Founder British Islamic Medical Association. He is also an expert in managing emergency humanitarian responses.
