Hello from Kilmarnock! Join us for a mouth-watering session with Zarina Ahmad, a PhD Researcher in politics at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester, sharing stories about food from 10 women who are all from different countries across the MENA region.
They will share information about their culture, homeland and what sustainability means in the food they eat through delicious recipes.
These recipes are endowed upon us with love to create again and again, bringing the aromas and taste of the Middle East into our homes.
Hosted by: Syirin Said, TV and radio presenter, a model, actor, voice artist and lover of Malaysian cuisine.
Chief Guest: Dr Mohammed Ali OBE, Founder & Chief Executive, QED Foundation.
