Join for our third food event as part of the food and conversation series, this time in Aberdeen!
You will be hosted by Diline, a passionate cook from Gaza who will fill your minds with her engaging, personal narratives and stories of her homeland, whilst filing your plates with different famous Palestinian salads. Come to experience a small part of a rich culture, seasoned with strength and resistance.
After offering this food for thought, there will be time to share both food (Palestinian small bites) and thought with the table.
We hope this event gives you a deeper understanding of what living in Gaza is like and a renewed sense of determination to take these conversations back to your own dinner table, as the seeds of change are often sown over a simple dinner.
Due to the capacity of the cafe, we can only accept a limited amount of people – book a spot before it sells out!
The ticket money is just to cover costs & anything beyond this will be donated in aid of Gaza.
