Welcome to Focused Pilates: Strengthening the Spine, a women’s-only, small-group Pilates course designed to support spinal health through mindful, targeted movement.
This 4-week structured programme focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and supporting joint health — all essential components for a healthy, resilient spine. Sessions are delivered in a calm, supportive environment, with a small participant-to-instructor ratio to ensure personalised guidance and individual attention throughout.
This course is suitable for women of all abilities, whether you are looking to manage discomfort, improve posture, rebuild strength, or invest in long-term wellbeing.

Group 1: Starts Monday 26th January
- Group 2: Starts Wednesday 28th January (last session will run on Monday 26th 6pm, so course can complete before Ramadan)

Meet Your Instructor: Shabana Khalid
This course is led by Shabana Khalid, a highly respected Pilates and movement specialist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to women’s health and wellbeing.
Shabana has worked extensively within community and women’s-only settings, supporting women of all ages and backgrounds to move with confidence, strength, and intention. Her teaching style is calm, attentive, and deeply personalised — ensuring that every participant feels supported and empowered, regardless of experience level.
