Building Bridges IFTAR community meal

Come and experience the IFTAR meal as you learn about feasting and fasting during the month of Ramadan and make new connections with people from another community and culture. The meal happens at sunset after a day of fasting.

This Centuries-old community tradition is observed and represents Muslim culture in countries across the globe.

A buffet meal will be served at Shinwari Restaurant after a short interview with one of the local faith leaders and our host Asif.

The cost of the meal is subsidised by the Charity and a suggested donation for waged individuals would be £10. Please feel free to donate less or more. You might want to sponsor a meal for some of the Refugee families who will be attending by paying a little extra but this optional on Eventbrite.
