About Your Host and Trainer: Ruwayda Izruna Shears

Ruwayda Izruna Shears is a passionate Muslim Life Coach, trainer, and founder of Sound Heart Coach. With over 13 years of experience in coaching and mentoring, she has supported thousands of clients on their journeys to healing, purpose, and personal growth. Before launching her own practice, she spent 12 years in the charity sector, where she coached around 1,000 clients and trained over a hundred people to support others . This work that earned her an ERSA award for transforming the lives of underprivileged youth.

Despite various professional successes, Ruwayda reached a point where something felt deeply missing. Emotionally, professionally, and most of all spiritually, she felt stuck. It was during this time of inner searching that she was faced with a truth she could no longer ignore—what was missing in her life was Allah. After over twenty years away from the prayer mat, she turned back to her Lord and began praying again. That single step reopened the door to the sweetness and richness that Islam brings into a person’s life.

As she began to make sincere du’a, she also explored powerful tools for inner transformation. She went on to train in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Resourcing, and Hypnotherapy—modalities that create long-lasting change by addressing the root cause of emotional and mental blocks.

Blending these techniques with the spiritual depth of Islam, Ruwayda developed the Sound Heart Approach—a unique framework that helps Muslim women let go of their past and step into both their divine and earthly purpose.

Now, she’s on a mission to raise a new generation of Muslim women coaches—women who are ready to serve their communities, build impactful careers, and live in alignment with their faith. This workshop is a heartfelt invitation to begin that journey.
