About this event

SWYPFT invite you to join us at our annual members meeting, which is being held in Batley, North Kirklees.

The event is open to any members of the public, anyone living or working within our communities, our existing membership and staff workforce.

This year our theme is ‘All of you’ where we look at the whole person and how they are unique, so that our staff, service users and carers, plus people in our communities are known, valued and understood by the Trust.

The event will consist of the following:

10:00 – 11.45 marketplace

11.45 – 12.30 lunch

12.30 – 2:00 annual report

We are hosting a networking space which will be made up of local voluntary groups that provide services/support to our local communities and our local Trust services. You will be able to meet the staff, learn about what the group/service offers and what they have achieved over the last year.

South Asian snacks/sandwiches and hot drinks will be available.

The formal meeting provides you with an opportunity to meet SWYPFT Chief Executive, Chair, Governors and the senior team. It will showcase what the Trust offers in terms of services, achievements, annual reports and the financial accounts and will also highlight real life experiences and stories.

You can also expect some films to watch, creative activities to take part in and some light entertainment to listen to.

We will have a graphic recorder in the room capturing the highlights and conversation taking place, plus two British Sign Language interpreters for translating the formal meeting part.

If you require translation and interpretation, or sitting and support costs please advise on registration and the team will get back to you.

The event will also be live streamed via our SWYPFT Youtube channel.

We are excited for you to come along and enjoy the afternoon with us and your local community.
